1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the access to, use of, and contracting of the services offered by TMP International Global, including guided tours, city tours, and other tourism-related experiences.

2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations must be made through our official website or through authorized channels.

Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments by credit/debit card and other methods specified on our payment page.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance: full refund.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before the tour: 50% of the amount paid will be retained.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour or in case of no-show: no refund will be issued.

If TMP International Global cancels the tour (due to force majeure, severe weather, or other justified reasons), the customer may choose to reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Arriving on time at the designated meeting point.
• Presenting valid documentation when required (passport, ID, admission ticket, etc.).
• Following all safety rules and the instructions provided by the tour guide.

TMP International Global shall not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents resulting from failure to follow instructions, or inappropriate conduct.

5. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify the route, itinerary, or activities of the tour for safety reasons, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative of equal value.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of TMP International Global and is protected by intellectual property laws. Use of such content without prior authorization is prohibited.

7. Personal Data Protection
